Spinach and Onion Frittata


THIS BREAKFAST FRITTATA is tender and amazing. The leafy vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and healthy fiber. It is also very easy to prepare, which makes it the perfect weekday breakfast.

Ingredients:
  • ¼ tsp. of black pepper
  • ½ tsp. of garlic powder
  • A ½ cup of chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tsp. of sea salt
  • 6 free-range eggs, beaten

Method:  


1.Get a pan that will easily fit into your Instant Pot. Grease  it and keep on one side. 

2.Put all the ingredients into a medium bowl, without the water. Mix properly. 

3.Pour the mixture into the baking pan then use a foil to cover it. 

4.Pour the water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet in it. 

5.Place the baking pan carefully into the Instant Pot. Use the lid to cover it and allow to cook for 5 minutes on manual high. 

6.Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes, afterward quick release the pressure.

7.Take off the lid carefully. Serve.
