Soft Boiled Eggs



THIS EASY BREAKFAST can also be served as snacks, lunch or any other meal. It’s perfect for days when you are short on time and just need something nutritious to grab and go. 


Serves:

Ingredients:

  •  2 cups of water 
  • 4 free-range eggs 

Method:  


1.Pour the water into the Instant Pot then place the trivet in- side. 

2.Place the eggs on the trivet. Use the lid to cover the pot. 

3.Cook for 3 minutes on manual low pressure. 

4.In the meantime, get a bowl and fill it with iced water. 

5.When the Instant Pot is done, quick release the pressure before taking off the lid. 

6.Take out the eggs and place in the bowl of iced water.
