Omelette with Chives



PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES  -  Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: 


  • 3 eggs
  •  2 oz. of chives 
  • ¼ teaspoon of olive oil 
  • 1 tomato cherry 
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt 
  • 2 tablespoons of milk (coconut)
Directions:  

1.Get a bowl and beat the eggs in whisking them till smooth. 
2.Cut the cherry tomato and chives. 
3.Add the cut tomato and chive into the egg whisked earlier. 
4.Add salt, olive oil and coconut milk and stir well. 
5.To the inner pot of the instant pot, pour in 1 cup of water. 
6.Get your trivet and put it into the instant pot. 
7.Get the glass bowl containing the egg mixture and place it on top of the trivet. 
8.Close the pot. 
9.Set the pressure to high and allow cooking for 20 minutes. 
10.After 20 minutes, the omelet will be cooked. Quick release pressure. 
11.Serve and enjoy.
