Stuffed Potatoes


  • 2 sweet potatoes 
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt 
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika 
  • ½ cup of beef (ground)
  •  ½ chopped onion 
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic (minced) 
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil 
  • ½ a Chili pepper


1.Cut open the sweet potatoes into halves and scoop gently, the meat. 

2.Cut the potato meat and sprinkle the paprika, sea salt, chopped chili pepper and chopped onion. 

3.Mix the minced garlic and ground beef together. 

4.Getting the instant pot bowl, pour in the ground beef mixture.

5.Add in olive oil and then sauté the meat for about 10 minutes. Make sure to stir gently. 

6.Now proceed to add in the sweet potato mixture and then sauté it for 5 more minutes. 

7.Transfer the sautéed mixture to a mixing bowl and carefully stir. 

8.Filled hollow sweet potato halves with the mixture of ground beef and use a foil to wrap them. 

9.Open the instant pot and pour in 1 cup of water placing a trivet in 

10.Taking the wrapped sweet potato, place it on the trivet. And close the instant pot. 

11.Set the instant pot to high and allow cooking for 10 minutes. 

12.Quick-release pressure and open the instant pot 

13.Remove the foil and serve.
