Fast Keto Egg Cups

THIS DISH, WITH ITS amazing cheese and onions, is a deli- cious and fast one that gets you ready for the day. 

Time: 15 minutes - Calories: 115 - Fat:  9g - Protein: 9g -  Net carbs: 2g


  •  A ½ cup of shredded cheese of choice 
  • A ½ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
  • A ¼ cup of Half and Half 
  • 1 cup of diced onions and mushrooms
  •  2 cups of water
  •  2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro 
  • 4 eggs (free-range)
  •  Pepper and salt, to taste 


1.Pour 2 cups of water and place the trivet inside. 

2.Get a medium bowl and put the eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, half and half, and chopped cilantro to it. Whisk properly. 

3.Put the mixture in between four ½ pint jars. Use the lids to cover them lightly, without tightening them. 

4.Place the jars carefully into the Instant Pot then cover. Cook for 5 minutes on manual high pressure. 

5.Quick release the pressure, then open the lid carefully. 

6.Top with the left-over cheese then put under the grill for some minutes. Allow to brown.
