Egg Roll Bowls



SERVES: 6  - Time: 20 minutes   - Calories: 241  - Fat:  18g  - Protein: 15g  - Net carbs: 3g 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ tsp. of salt 
  • ½ tsp. of pepper 
  • A ½ cup of bone broth 
  • 1 tbsp. of oil 
  • 1 lb. ground pork 
  • 1 tbsp. of soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp. of garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp. of ground ginger 
  • 1 bag of pre-shredded coleslaw mix 
  • Vegetable or olive oil, to taste


 Method:  

1.Pour the oil into the Instant Pot and set on sauté mode.

2.Put the pork inside the pot and ensure all the sides are browned while stirring regularly. 

3.Add the broth, soy sauce, and seasoning while stirring well to combine. 

4.Put the coleslaw mix on top and cover this with the lid. 

5.Set on manual and cook for 0 minutes on high pressure. 

6.Quick release the pressure then open the lid very carefully. 

7.Stir properly and serve.
