Ingredients :

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or reduced-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons crème de menthe (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3 to 4 drops green food color (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Shamrock-shaped candy sprinkles (optional)

Methode :

In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, crème de menthe, and food color, if desired.

Blend until thickened, about 15 seconds. Pour into glasses; top with whipped cream
and candy sprinkles, if desired.
