Creamy Chicken Bacon Chowder

EVERY MOUTHFUL OF THIS dish is rich, nourishing, creamy, and totally satisfying.

 Serves: 4-6 Time: 30 minutes Calories: 316 Fat:  23g Protein: 23g Net carbs: 5g 


  • 1 tsp. of thyme 
  • 1 cup of heavy cream 
  • 1 lb. of cooked bacon chopped 
  • 1 cup of frozen chopped onion and celery mix 
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach 
  • 3 cups of chicken broth 
  • 4 tbsp. of butter 
  • 4 tsp. of minced garlic 
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs 
  • 6 oz. of sliced mushrooms 
  • 8 oz. of full-fat cream cheese 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 


1.Throw all the ingredients, except the cream and spinach, into the Instant Pot. Stir properly. 

2.Use the lid to cover it then set on manual and cook for 30minutes on high pressure. 

3.Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes, before quick releasing the remaining pressure. 

4.Take the lid off and stir in the cream and spinach.
