Coconut Porridge


THIS BREAKFAST IS LOW in carbs, rich and very tasty.

6 Time: 15 minutes  - Calories: 303 - Fat:  25g  - Protein: 3g - Net carbs: 6g 

Ingredients: 

  • ¼ tsp. of nutmeg 
  • A ¼ cup of coconut flour
  •  A ¼ cup of whole psyllium husks
  •  ½ tsp. of cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup of unsweetened dried coconut 
  • 2 cups of coconut milk 
  • 2 2/3 cups of water
  •  20 drops monk fruit liquid 
  • 30 drops stevia liquid 

Method:  


1.Set the Instant Pot on Sauté mode and place the coconut into the pot. 

2.Toast gently while stirring regularly until it turns a golden color. 

3.Stir in the coconut milk and water. Use the lid to cover then set on manual and cook for 0 minutes on high pressure. 

4.Quick release the pressure and take off the lid. 

5.Stir in the other ingredients left. Serve.
