Breakfast Smoothie



Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 banana
  •  1 c. mixed berries, frozen
  •  ¼ c. tofu
  •  ½ c. apple juice 


Method:  

1.Bring out your blender and add in the tofu, apple juice, banana, and berries inside. 

2.Turn the blender on and let the ingredients blend until they become smooth. 

3.Pour into your favorite glass and then enjoy.
