Almond Bread



PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES   -       Cook time: 60 minutes 

Ingredients:

  •  4 oz. of almond flour
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 banana
  •  1/3 teaspoon of baking powder 
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  ¼ teaspoon of stevia liquid 
  • 14 teaspoons of sea salt 
  • ½ teaspoon of olive oil 

Directions:                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                               
1.Chop the peeled banana and mash 

2.Beat the egg and mix with the mashed banana 

3.Add in baking soda, almond flour, stevia liquid, olive oil, vanilla extract and sea salt. 

4.Make it a homogenous mass with the aid of a hand blender. 

5.Open the instant pot and pour in 1 cup of water. 

6.Carefully place on in the instant pot, the trivet. 

7.Get the cake pan and pour in the banana mixture and place the pan on the trivet. 

8.Close the instant pot and set pressure to high. Allow cooking for 60 minutes. 

9.After the 20 minutes has elapsed, allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes and then quick-release. After which, remove from the instant pot. 

10.Slice to desire and serve.
