Blue Berry Pancakes


  • 15 g. butter 
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  •  100 g. flour, gluten free
  •  1 egg 
  • 500 ml. milk 
  • 150 g. blueberries 
  • 1 banana 


1.Place the butter into a bowl and let it melt in the microwave. Once the butter is melted you can whisk it to- gether with the milk and the egg. 

2.In another bowl, you can mix the baking powder and the flour. Once they are combined, stir it in with your milk mixture and continue mixing so that everything is well combined. It is fine if the mixture is a little bit lumpy. 

3.Stir the banana and blueberries next before placing the batter into the refrigerator to stand for around 30 minutes. 

4.When you are ready, you can heat up some oil on a skillet and spoon some of the batter onto it. Sprinkle the blue- berries over the batter. 

5.Cook your pancakes for about 3 minutes so that the batter starts to bubble. When that happens, you can turn the pancake over and cook for another 1 ½ minutes. 

6.Continue these steps with the rest of the batter before enjoying
